Asian Style

We cook featured Asian cuisines in our own style yet keeping it classic and traditional. Come and experience a variety of Asian cuisines!!

The Honey Mustard sauce (Korean Style) is specially made by our chef. The dish combines crispy shredded chicken with vegetables such as onions, green peppers and carrots to create a unique flavour. There are also sesame seeds on top.

Saute dried chilli flakes and minced garlic until golden. Then add onions, green peppers, carrots and chicken and stir fry altogether until fragrant. Pour in Thai Sweet Chilli sauce to stir fry further. Finally, add chicken broth, seasonings and fish sauce. Stir to make sure everything is coated with sweet chilli sauce.

Ingredients include barbecued pork, chicken, ham, onions, green peppers, carrots, peas, curry powder and homemade chilli oil, are added for the authentic taste. It is a little sweet and spicy - definitely a classic Hong Kong style!
