Carrots.png

Carrots are rich in nutrients, it is high in fibre, selenium, protein, carbohydrates, vitamin B1, B2, B6, vitamin C, Carotene etc. It also contains minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, sodium, nicotinic acid and oxalic acid. Carrots have anti-oxidant effects, which can help improve eye care and skin care, and enhance immunity. Carrots are added to many Chinese dishes to make them more appealing. They also increase the healthiness of the dish.

Green peppers are rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. They are especially rich in vitamin C, which is about 3.5 times richer than tomatoes, similar to the vitamin C content in strawberries and lemons. Green peppers can maintain the health of blood vessels, skin, bones and teeth. Green peppers are added to many Chinese dishes. Not just for the presentation of the dish, it can also increase the healthiness of the dish.

White mushrooms are low in calories, high in protein and vitamin D, and they are also a source of vitamin B12. They offer multiple health-promoting effects, such as helps increase immunity, helps improve heart & bone health.

At Super Bowl, there are mushrooms in mushroom dishes, all dishes with oyster sauce and chow mein dishes (noodles). Hong Kong style - tasty & healthy!

Vegetable Oil.png

Vegetable oil is high in Omega 3 and Vitamin E. Omega 3 is good for heart health, helps maintain good cholesterol levels and other body functions. Vitamin E is an antioxidant which is essential for cell protection and helps with development in the body.

Super Bowl uses vegetable oil which is extracted from soya beans. Vegetable oil has a longer life for frying. It is also suitable for vegetarians. 

Cashew Nuts.png

Cashew nuts are rich in nutrients, rich in fibres, low in sugar, healthy fat and plant protein. They are also a good source of rich minerals, especially copper, magnesium and manganese. These nutrients are helpful in maintaining brain health, strengthening immunity, energy production and bone health.

 

There are dishes with cashew nuts in Super Bowl. If you like hot and sour dishes, there are also Kung Po dishes available.
